To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upstep Review Center shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our LMS, including but not limited to data loss, exam failure, or service interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
